Recipe Preparation
- FOR AMLA SABJI :-
- Cut the Amla and carrot in small pieces.
- Take a wok and put some oil
- Now add few cumin seeds and After that add Amla, carrot and green peas.
- cook it on medium flame for 10 minutes
- Add salt ,turmeric powder,red chilli powder.
- mix nicely and cover it for 5 minutes
- Now add Garam masala .It is ready to serve
- FOR AMLA CHANNA DAL:-
- Boil channa dal in a wok.
- Take a pan and put ghee
- Add heeng, cumin seeds and 4 grated amlas.
- Cook for a minute
- Add boiled channa dal and 12 glass of water
- cook it for ten minutes
- Now add gur in it and cook for 2 more minutes
- Add Garam masala and Garnish with coriander leaves
- FOR AMLA PARANTHA
- Grate the 2 Amla
- Take the prepared atta and roll it
- little squeeze the grated amla
- put this amla in rolled atta ,Sprinkle some salt and pepper
- Roll it nicely
- Make the Amla parantha using ghee on hot Tawa on medium flame
- we can also use some white sesame seeds over the parantha
- Delicious Amla parantha is ready
- ASSEMBLING:-
- Take a big serving plate Arrange all the prepared dishes
- Serve Amla chutney and Amla pickle with this platter
- Healthy and nutricious superfood Amla platter is ready
- Serve hot
My Tip: Amla is full of nutrition we can use it in all the pulses .
