- Take a chapatti, apply tomato and chilli sauce, evenly.
- Add chopped vegetables and salt on it.
- Grate and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and chilli flakes all over it.
- Heat a tawa and put some oil in it. Put the chapati and let it turn brown and crispy.
- When the cheese melts, it is ready to be served.
My Tip: Enjoy it hot.
